Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. You'll be greeted, walked through the treatment sequence, and offered a hot tea or water. Each ritual begins with a thorough scalp consultation so we can tailor steaming, halo therapy, and finishing care to your hair and skin.
Our head spa rituals range from 45 minutes (Scalp Refresh) to 95 minutes (The Ultimate Rejuvenation Treatment). Therapeutic massage runs 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes. Choose the length that fits your schedule and the depth of reset you want.
Yes. Therapeutic massage at Viva is performed by our therapist, a Therapist. Receipts for insurance can be provided upon request.
Come with hair as it normally is — clean or product-laden, both are fine. We recommend bringing a hair tie. Hair is gently washed during the ritual, and a blow dry is included (not styled). Skip heavy fragrance the day-of so the aromatherapy can do its work.
Yes. Gift cards are available through our Vagaro booking page. They are an ideal gift for birthdays, milestones, or anyone in your life who needs an honest moment of rest.
We ask for 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Late cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee per our booking policy. Same-day reschedules are accommodated when possible.
